Rum n’ Roast
Every Sunday in December, we’re bringing Rum n’ Roast to your table – half a jerk chicken with a selection of our sides including mac & cheese, plantain, slaw, rice & peas and ackee & callaloo. We think that’s enough to feed 2 guests and this price is £21.95 all in!
To make this into an RK feast, we’re throwing in a jug of rum punch to share for just £10 (instead of £25!). It’s pre-order only so book your table now and in special requests mention ‘Rum n’ Roast’.
RK x Brixton Soup Kitchen
During the first lockdown we made a pledge to donate one meal to Brixton Soup Kitchen for every RK at Home box sold. Thanks to all of you that cooked the RK way at home we cooked and donated more than 100 meals which we handed over to Solomon and his team to distribute to those in need.
We will be continuing this support this Christmas, with a donation made from our menu for every Jerk Bowl and Sticky Plantain Pudding sold. Alongside this, we will soon be launching our online shop where amongst other things we’ll be also selling limited edition RK t-shirts.
Every penny we make we’ll be donating to BSK to help them with their day to day operations and the extra expenses they incur due to restrictions COVID puts on their ability to support the Brixton community.
